Holiday Returns and Exchanges 2020
Items purchased between November 15th and December 15th have an extended holiday return period until January 15th. After December 15th, the normal 30 days from date of purchase return period applies.
Returns for refund on transactions that include any free items with purchase: if the returned for refund item(s) reduces the transaction amount below the minimum purchase amount to receive the free item, you may keep the free item and the value of the free item will be deducted from the amount refunded, or, you may return the free item for a full refund amount.
Returns and Exchanges
Our full return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we can't accept any returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be still intact. Items in packaging must be in the original packaging.
The return period for sale items is 15 days from the date of purchase. Any returned items must be received by us within 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we can't accept any returns or exchanges for sale items.
If you want to exchange an item for a different item, color, or size, you can either contact us by email or phone so we can hold the new item until your item to be exchanged arrives, or, purchase the new size and return the unwanted item, color, or size for a refund. We will ship you one exchanged item at no cost.
Some goods are exempt from being returned. Exempt items include: gift cards, some personal grooming items, intimate apparel such as underwear, and ammunition. Also, any goods purchased by lay-a-way, are final and not returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a refund made in the same method as original payment, within 5 business days.
If your item was sent to you as a gift, you may exchange your item with the same terms as above. Gift purchases can only be refunded to the original purchaser and the original credit card used. If you received your item and it was purchased by another and you wish to not refund the original purchaser's card, we can issue you a gift card instead that you may use to purchase any other item you wish.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping amount will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend when returning an item to us, that you fully insure the item(s) with the carrier and also recommend you use a trackable shipping method. If returning an item to us, any damage during transit or lost shipments are the responsibility of the shipper.
Please note: certain items have a more restrictive return period. These items include: vintage fly fishing tackle, bamboo fly rods, and firearms. For these items, we offer a 3-day inspection and return privilege. We must be notified by email or telephone within 3 days of receipt of an item if you wish to return it for a refund. For firearms shipped to a transfer dealer, the 3-day inspection period begins when the item is received at the transfer dealer. Due to lengthy export processes, firearms sold to customers outside the United States do not have a return privilege. In all cases of these items, items must be returned and received in the same, "as-sold" condition. Inspection does not include any disassembling of items nor any use such as firing the firearm. This inspection and return privilege does not apply to any items purchased by lay-a-way.
