All in a period Abercrombie & Fitch leather case with Winchester label.  Excellent condition with only minor handling marks to report. The Tournament Grade guns were only made in 1934 and 1935 and this gun was made in February 1935 making her 90 years young.  A quick Cody search says it started as a single 26" barrel gun and the only work order it turned up was in 1954 for making a new set of 26" barrels and the old original set scrapped.  It did not turn up the addition of the 28" barrels which do have all the appropriate Winchester stamps and matching serial number.  It also did not turn up the Grade 5 pattern engraving.  I think we can say with certainty it went back for an additional set of barrels even though it didn't show on the search but did it get engraved by Winchester at that time? Only a more thorough search of the Cody records might turn up those details.
