All of the heritage and functionality of the original M-51 but at less than half the weight (130 gsm vs. 300+). Made of a cotton/nylon shell fabric known for its superior tensile strength. This iteration of the U.S. design holds our highest respect. Angled hand pockets allow for higher positioned cargo thigh pockets which become more wearable with contents placed above the action of the knees. Such placement also allows for complementary tourniquet straps inside the cargo pockets to properly extend through buttonholes at the backside and through a 2-loop strap found at the base of the crotch. Meticulously sourced trim and hardware ground the design and reinforce this no non-sense pant as one for the ages.
