Howells, Gary, 8'6", #5, 2/2, rod no. 4260, aluminum uplocking reel seat over a zebra wood spacer, 4 oz., standard brown wraps with yellow/gold tipping, nice medium action, in excellent condition only having been fished lightly, with original bag and tube. The tube label has been lost along the way. If you've handled many of Gary's rod tubes, you know that his labels tend to come loose and usually have to be taped to stay on. Also, the previous owners name in script is on the butt very faintly on top of the varnish, it will likely be easy to remove if you choose. The 8'6" 4 oz. rods for a 5 wt. line are a more scarce model.
