Churchill One of One Thousand Mauser Sporter Express, .375 H&H, 26" barrel with quarter rib and express sights with 3 folding leaves marked 100, 200, and 300 yards, ramp front sight with spare sight stored inside grip cap, 9 lbs 11 oz, 13 3/4" LOP over original marked Churchill pad that unlocks and rotates to reveal a bullet trap in butt stock, mauser commercial action with two position slide safety, case hardened recoil cross bolt, inside trigger guard floorplate release, case hardened steel grip cap with removable center that stores a spare front sight, rear swivel stud with barrel band front stud, vacant stock oval, straight grain classic stock with cheeckpiece and wrap checkering, barrel engraved "Churchill Gunmakers Ltd, 1 Bury Street, St. James, London England", action engraved "One of One Thousand" on left and on right the importers mark "Interarms, Alexandria VA". Excellent little used condition. Actually, only 100 of these rifles were made and this rifle is number 48. They were all made in 1973.
